As I am using leather within my project and ruffles, I decided to create a neck piece with a yellow band of leather which is left raw edge which acts as the natural, and the synthetic ruffle fabric coming from it acting as the manmade, the tradition and modernisation working together.
I wanted to use different ways to connect the leather, I used rivets and trigger hooks. The trigger hooks are something different yet work well with my theme.
