Final end of year show further planning

As I mentioned in a previous post that the original layout design for the end of year static show was not appropriate in terms of the distance of the walk way, further plans have been drawn up using a different scale.

Above is the new layout, however this means that there will be two displays per area. 

Below shows a 3D tour around the new layout, showing the effect it would have walking at the average 5'8 of a women.  

These plans look great, however after measuring the cafe (where the fashion static show is going) this design layout will not fit with it being 41 x 39 foot and the cafe measurments only being 40 x 26 foot. 

With having the role of being in charge of the static show layout plans, I organised a team meeting between my self, the fashion students, the tutors, the caretakers and the IT technician Graham to come up with a plan C.

We began to map out the boards using sticky labels to see if we could alter the shape of the design to fit into the correct dimensions. Offical plans are to be drawn up and to be futher discussed.
