http://fashion.telegraph.co.uk/article/TMG8589217/The-secrets-of-Zaras-success.html

This is a link to the Telegraph website, it is an article written in 2011 by Marion Hume. The article is titled the Secrets of Zara's Success. 'Classy, well-tailored, cheap - and ethical. Can the world's favourite clothing store, Zara, do no wrong, asks Marion Hume.'

This article was an interesting read, it leads to say how not everyone is caught wearing the same thing at Zara, as supply is spread so thinly worldwide, each store in different countries only gets a slice of each design, this therefore creates the effect of  instant purchases due the fast sell out.

The article explains how close the team work together with one another creating this tight bond in which is beneficial to the design process. With shop floor collegues in touch with the customer, the collegues are able to pick up vital information from the customer, which will be communicated back to head office. This helps improve designs and gives a customer input. After all Zara is all for satisfying the customer, meeting the exact needs.
